Adam started Phoenix Talent in 2024 after 9 successful years within the Recruitment Industry.

Adam has set up and ran two previous successful Recruitment Consultancies across the UK (Sharkfin Consulting) and Australia (Extend Oz).

He has worked within the R2R, HR & Relocation Recruitment markets for 7 out of the last 9 years, providing over 500 permanent staff to some fantastic companies across the globe.
